Kathryn Notestine’s love for books bloomed when she was stuck on the bleachers, watching her siblings in football games or volleyball tournaments, and during long road trips to her family’s cabin in Wyoming. When prompted, she always said “I just want to read books when I grow up,” so she believes it is a dream come true to work in book publishing today.
Kathryn is a graduate of Belmont University with a B.A. in Publishing, and a minor in English Writing.
Kathryn ties her two passions for traveling and books together by discovering words in foreign languages that don’t translate perfectly. In her adventures to over 25 countries, she has discovered three of her favorite words: hygge (Danish), kefi (Greek), and su su (Thai). You’ll have to ask her what they don’t quite translate to in English!
